These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zikrova ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a Shopify application for automated price synchronization and bulk operations. By installing Zikrova from the Shopify App Store, you ("Merchant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
Zikrova provides the following services to Shopify merchants:
You must have a valid, active Shopify store to use Zikrova. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own Terms of Service, which are independent of these Terms.
By installing Zikrova, you authorize the App to access your Shopify store data and take actions (including updating product prices and inventory) on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy and within the limits of the API scopes you grant during installation.
You are solely responsible for:
Zikrova offers four subscription tiers: Free, Starter ($14.99/month), Growth ($39.99/month), and Pro ($99.99/month). Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page and within the App.
All paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's Billing API. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. We do not directly collect or store payment card information. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on file.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the App or from your Shopify admin. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Each plan includes defined limits (number of linked products, sync frequency, bulk operation sizes). If you exceed your plan's limits, the App will prevent additional actions and prompt you to upgrade. We will not silently exceed plan limits.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Notice will be provided via email and within the App. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Zikrova is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, AliExpress, Temu, DHgate, CJDropshipping, or any other third-party platform whose prices we monitor.
While we make every effort to accurately retrieve prices from source platforms, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scraped data. Prices may be affected by:
You are solely responsible for reviewing price changes before they are applied (where using Alert or Hybrid sync mode) and for ensuring the prices set in your store are accurate, legal, and appropriate for your business.
Zikrova, its code, design, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within the scope of these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data from your Shopify store. By using Zikrova, you grant us a limited license to access and use that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZIKROVA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zikrova and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may terminate your use of Zikrova at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if you:
Upon termination, your access to the App ceases immediately. Your store data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
Zikrova is built and distributed in accordance with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Shopify's Partner Program Agreement as it relates to the App Store, Shopify's terms shall prevail.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zikrova with respect to the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
